We do understand however that each of our clients has different needs. Sometimes vastly so. If you don't feel that the services you require fit into any of the categories below, or if you'd like to negotiate a price based on your specific needs, please just contact us, we'd be happy to discuss your requirements and provide a quote bespoke to your needs.
And don't forget, there is never any fee to pay whatsoever until we find you a tenant.
In lettings Ltd currently operate below the threshold for VAT and therefore is not a VAT registered company. The prices shown below are inclusive of all fees, taxes and charges.
The fees shown below are represented as percentages of agreed annual rental income for their respective properties. If you have a number of properties please do get in touch to discuss, as we can usually offer discounts on portfolios.
